Hi, I’m Areej!
I was born and raised in the Bay Area. Art has always been a passion of mine but growing up I never dreamed of making it my career. That is, until I was introduced to tattooing and suddenly I knew exactly what I wanted to do with life.
I would describe my style as whimsical and storybook illustrative. I love tattooing faeries, mushrooms and anything whimsical you might find out in the forest!
I’m so grateful to be in this industry because it combines both my love of art and people!
In my spare time, I love reading, rock climbing,
and spending time with my cats!

Frequently Asked Questions
01 WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
Currently I work out of both San Francisco and Redwood City. The exact address will be provided upon appointment confirmation.
02 WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?
I charge by the piece. I will send you a quote upon reviewing your booking form. If you have a budget, we can always try to accommodate by splitting the tattoo into sessions or simplifying a design.
03 WHAT IS YOUR DEPOSIT POLICY?
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the appointment. The amount of the deposit will be taken off the final price of the tattoo.
04 WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO GET A RESPONSE?
It may take up to a week upon form submission for me to get back to you!
05 WHEN CAN I SEE MY DESIGN?
I send a rough sketch of your design typically two days before the appointment.
06 WHAT SHOULD I DO BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT?
Eat a big meal before your appointment! This helps with pain tolerance. Get a good nights sleep, stay hydrated and moisturize the area!
Do NOT drink alcohol, smoke or take any recreational drugs for at least 24 hours before a tattoo appointment. This will affect the tattoo!
07 CAN I USE NUMBING CREAM?
Currently, numbing creams are a little controversial in the tattoo community due to their effects on the tattoo. I prefer not using cream but if you feel especially nervous, let me know before the appointment so we can discuss it. I do have numbing SPRAY I can use during the tattoo.
